Ali Harmer MA Ed(Early Years Music) has 22 years experience working musically with very young people. She researches joint attention in musical interactions and has a special interest in musical play and musical environments. Ali is a core member of Music Educators and Researchers of Young Children and presents original research at national and international conferences.

Ceilidh-Jo Rowe is a talented musician with a passion for communication. She writes and arranges music and has produced a number of albums for children of all ages. Ceilidh gained her level 3 qualification in British Sign Language and she is in demand delivering singing and signing sessions for EYFS Teachers in Gloucestershire.
